Jeffrey J. Edson
President/CEO
Mr. Edson was born and raised in the renowned town of Cooperstown, New York, the Home of Baseball. He has over 35 years of extensive experience in the Healthcare sector and is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University choosing a Jesuit Identity. Understanding the power and responsibility of education he is a strong believer of diversity in the workplace, social justice, equity and inclusion, choosing to live greater, not only for oneself, but for those around him serving healthcare entities and community boards.
Mr. Edson is a confident highly skilled C-level Executive providing expert direction to Hospitals, Healthcare entities, and Chief HR People Officers. He is a respected leader providing strategic alignments in staffing, contract, and permanent placement of Executive, Professional, Technical, and Allied Health positions. He engages through trust, knowledge and expertise on improving Human Capital, and people talent. Mr. Edson has worked with Best Regional Hospitals, "U.S. News Report." Knowing every aspect of Healthcare Human Recourses Management and Staffing Metrics he accelerated his pinnacle healthcare career in a breakout financial opportunity with a new ownership of MedTalents, Inc., United States, Philippines, Australia, and Singapore. With a proven track record, he accomplished his culminating point of success.
After graduating from the State University at Oswego, New York he started his professional career in Human Resources as a Professional and Technical Healthcare recruiter with the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital affiliated with Columbia University. Following his tenure at Bassett, he has held several key Senior HR roles in Recruitment/Retention, Compensation, Labor/Employee Relations, and Corporate Compliance in South Jersey Hospital systems.
Today, coming full circle, he works contractually with healthcare systems across the Northeast, and in the United States. He attributes his personal and professional success to living values, ethical standards, hard work, and most notably collegiality of his peers in the healthcare industry with local and national standards.
